Gulsah’s background in biology combined with a lifetime curiosity of holistic healing practices gives her the unique ability to empower people through yoga and healthy lifestyle choices, adding striking balance and harmony within the mind, body and soul. As she believes that there is no one-size-fits-all to well-being.
Gulsah’s philosophy is rooted in biodiversity: the understanding that each body has unique needs and must follow a personal path to achieve optimal health. Everything is energy. Whether it is in the form of movement, food, people who surround us or our daily routines, the choice of what we use to fuel ourselves will affect who we are and how we grow into our healthiest self.
Born and raised in Turkey, Gulsah has lived in and traveled different countries, making New York City her home since 2014. 700+ hours of invaluable mentorships and teacher trainings gifted her a mindset of empowerment and self-awareness, which she hopes her clients can cultivate a deeper understanding of their unique selves. 
Her yoga classes are guided by breath, rooted in alignment, empowering you to tap into your strength, both inside and out. Each class with Gulsah will meet you exactly where you are while empowering you to listen to the wisdom of your breathing body. She received her role as a health coach through the State University of New York and Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Her health consultations are always rooted in compassion, kindness and deep listening as she holds space for you, blending ancient practices with modern approaches.
